Looking for help with migraines and meningitis

Looking for help with migraines in my partner in her early 20s, who had menigitis as a child. She has suffered terrible migraines regulary since childhood and is in allot of pain quite regularly. I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences or could help at all? Thanks

I had this the other way around. Severe migraines for a few years then I got bacterial meningitis -- and they have been much better (less intense - anyway).

A good neurologist would be able to help you? Have you seen one. I can HIGHLY recommend one in London if that would suit? -- I'll say anyway, his name is Dr Nicholas Davies and he operates out of the Imperial College Trust hospitals around london. I always saw him in Charing Cross, but he serves them all I believe. Brilliant man -- he saved my life. He is an expert on migraines amongst other things, and has been looking after me for the past 5 years since BM.

Good luck -- sorry I couldn't help specifically. But he will. I know people can end up with migraines after meningitis. It's v complicated though so would want an expert to advise you rather than me xx
