I just have a question for about three days now I've had a headache and my nose has been stuffed and the my throat has been sore The headache went away two days later but now being the third day my nose is still very stuffed do you have any idea what's wrong ?

Have you asked your GP?
Yes I would agree with jman sounds like a cold or flu. If meningitis you would have an excrutiating unbearable headache that would not resolve in a few days. As its the weekend a chemist would be able to advise you what to buy to alleviate your symptoms.
Sounds like sinus infection or possible strep, Get tested by GP
