I have extremely low range adaptive functioning on my psychology test letter. What does this mean?

I think the NHS is out to get me. Would the NHS lie on reports when they know I'm the chosen one because god as told me this himself on my radio.

I don't know you and I'm not a psychologist but from reading some of your insightful and wise posts, I wouldn't put you down as someone who has extremely low social and practical skills and you certainly don't seem to struggle with your conceptual skills. One of the things I think is good about your posts is that you seem to understand the wider issues in the problems people post about, and how all the different pieces interlink and influence.

I dont know whether the NHS is out to get you or not, or whether they understand your relationship with God or not, but I think they can make mistakes and they are often defensive and less than open when they do. There are good practitioners and bad ones and it is all a bit of a lottery.
