Mencap's Big Public Transport Survey - win a voucher!

Hi everyone, thanks to a grant from the Motability Foundation, Mencap is running it's first ever national survey on public transport.

This survey is for people with a learning disability, and asks questions about people's lives and what it's like for the to use public transport.

Four people who complete the survey will also win a £40 voucher, so please leave an email address or phone number at the end of the questions if want to be in with a chance of claiming a prize.

Filled it it. Just a heads up the second page asking if you understood the form you have to tick all three boxes not just one for it to proceed. Also if you can't see the question list because of the picture in the way you can copy it with your mouse and it makes it easier to read,
