Has anyone utilised the above scheme? I intend to have a Support Worker, but am not sure about what hourly rate to submit?

Hi Siamese421 , I believe the rates will differ according to where in the country you might be located and each application should be looked at by a case manager from the Department of Work and Pensions, so even if you enter an hourly rate it might be reviewed. I've found Access to Work case managers to be very helpful though, so it might be worth getting in touch with them to discuss the rate.
