I need a needs assessment doing about my capacity can anyone help

Going through Lot arm my mental health is bad I've lost my capacity ive got a brain injury people who r just using what ever amount of money as they wish I cart cope with this and it was slyly done behind my bk as I had a worker who entrapped me and mothered me telling me what to do and all that now I am trying to find someone to help me fight my capsity bk I was going through a bad situation before she has used one bad situation against me making me sign forms i wernt aware of what it was for i was told it was to confirm she can speak on my behalf and its all made make me loose my capacity not only that the women has now left the company I'm with apart of my claim as i suffered a serious rta nearly 4 years ago due to that I have bad mental health issues drug issues stress issues family issues friends issues my partners issues my own issues I just cart cope with life ant more I don't want to be here no more these people r making my life so shit and giving me 240 a week to live on and I get pip and Universal credit 1300 pound of my own BENIFIT entitlement not my compensation money not been settled yet and I only agreed to them having my compensation money in court of protection obviously I knew people who was borrowing money off me and all sorts n not paying me bk and that but I got myself out if that situation and I'm. Not in that same place or anything now so I just really don't understand its baffling my head cart take much more shit they are making me pawn my belongings borrow money and money I get of this company I get 240 a week buy time I've payed debts off I'm fucked again this seriously ain't on and they don't listen at all I need to fight this but don't know who can help me is depressing aswell as the shit I'm already going through its really not on at all
