This new questionnaire, from the SEN Policy Research Forum, is for anyone involved in SEN teaching.

The questions take about 10 minutes to answer, and the questionnaire has 4 sections:
1. Support for the school community during pandemic.
2. Lessons learned for the future.
3. What needs to happen for the lessons learned to be put into practice?
4. Something about you.
You will also be able to add your thoughts and views into the questionnaire.
