Hello everyone 🙂 My name is Ryan and I am one of the new Mencap Community Friends.

A little bit about myself, I am 26 years old, have 2 children and work in the Royal Air Force. I also enjoy watching and playing football as well as spending time with my family.

In case you don't know me, I'm Sarah and I work for Mencap. I have the great job of working for this online community.

Non-work wise - I live in York quite near (but not too near) the river. I have 3 children, and 4 cats. I enjoy exercise classes and you can often find me dancing around my kitchen during my online classes.
