Family Support Groups for learning disabilities

Having experienced several problems with access to my son who lives in assisted living and has severe learning difficulties I wondered if anyone has any contacts of any Family Support Groups in Wales that could offer advice and support to us in times of need.

Since the lockdown we have found ourselves very isolated from any assistance.

I have approached Mencap and they are looking into the situation but it would be helpful if we had someone who specialised in Family Support on a regular basis.
