Just looking at the above now.

Does anyone know which benefits would apply to this ?

Appreciate your support here.

I have not long done this and I'm a single mum on benefits. I applied for the paperwork to do it myself and was completely overwhelmed by the 5 forms

If you do it yourself the cost is very low, I chose for a solicitor to do it for me and the whole thing cost £1400 and they did everything. It took the stress and worry away the solicitor didnt need to be paid until it was completed.it took 18 months.

Good luck

Thanks so much.

Did you pay the fees if the person you are representing earns less than £12000?
