Hello

Here is a research project from Swansea University that you might be interested in. It aims to capture the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on informal carers of people with learning disabilities.

This research is important because it will help the NHS and local authorities to understand what support needs to be in place for families.

If you are:

> aged 18 or over

> living in the UK

> the main provider of care for either a child (below age 18) or an adult (above age 18) with a learning disability, and

> have access to the internet and are comfortable with answering a survey online

If you agree to take part you will be asked to fill in a short online survey. It includes a short questionnaire about your family situation, followed by some questions about your health, how you cope with problems, and the social support you receive. The whole thing would take around 10-15 minutes to complete. At the end, you will be asked if you would be prepared to repeat the survey a few more times over the coming year. (And of course, you are free to say no.)

If you are interested and might want to participate, please use this link to find out more: redcap.swan.ac.uk/surveys/?...
