Hello friends, I am new in this community. I was diagnosed with melanoma 2 weeks ago and had a surgery last week. I live in USA, but your community is the closest for my needs. I don't know anything yet about melanoma and I hope your community will help me.
My husband has prostate cancer since 2007, he is mostly on alternative protocol. I take care of him, so I have a lot of experience in alternative cancer treatment. Now I have to fight my own cancer. I have already started an anti-cancer diet and a few anti-cancer supplements. I would appreciate if you give some specific advice how to behave if one has melanoma.
The surgeon said my melanoma looks mild; she will know for sure after the biopsy is done. I don't want to wait until my cancer gets more dangerous. I need to be well to take care of my husband who is 83 years old. I need to watch my cancer situation. Please advice which melanoma marker tests are the best? I would like to know that before I see a Medical Oncologist.
