Hand Hygiene when wearing compression

This was a question L-W-O support group members asked we asked our Nurse Advisor for her suggestions.

I have eczema as well as lymphoedema so am rigourous about using soap substitute and moisturiser. It doesn't matter if some goes over the edges of my armsleeve, as it just washes out again.
