I have a brilliant lung cancer nurse specialist, nearly always calls me back the same day when I leave a message. And sorts out any problems straight away. In fact St.James hospital in Leeds is superb.

Lack of communication meant I didn't know I had a specialist nurse to speak to until about a month after my RU lobectomy operation!
