Ways that my Asthma has affected my life

Well it has greatly impacted my life in every way due to the fact that my main trigger is irritants. Anything that is scented. it has impacted my family life at home because I have just had to change everything to unscented which is a major adjustment. It has affected my social life because I feel like that I don't want to go anywhere because of being afraid of someone having on perfume. Even when I try to go and visit family members I have to wear my mask because of them having candles and such. my work life I just had to give up. Everyday was a struggle due to the fact that our office was so small and the public well you can't tell them that they can't wear perfume. But I am doing much better now that I am home and can control my environment.
