I know now what my limits are and that my lungs will never be the same. I know what I need to stay away from to keep my breathing better. I also know now that my health comes first and that know one else knows how I feel no matter how much they think that they do.

Ah limits - my nemesis! I’m my own worst enemy as I struggle to slow down when I’m well which causes my lungs to flare up again 😒. I’m glad you’ve managed to find the balance to keep yourself healthy! X
