Take Care x
I probablyfell asleep been a bit busy this morning too, didn't realise it was lunchtime, and I haven't had my meds yet !!! Eeeek !!!. Lunch made meds now taken!,I'm out of breath now so ill need my nap, ( I have to use breathing machine for that ) such is life at this time.
Anyhow one of my meds is citilopram, so that'll make me drowsy, not to mention the other 8.😯😉😉
O you do make me feel important dropping to sleep on me
If the meds will help then get them down you
I read a little more and seems in some cases they can cure this so keep going
I take it you have had to pack your job in now ?
You were a painter and decorator wasn't you and then went into the supported care once you started to feel better ?
It is hard but stay positive because there is nothing to say they cannot get on the top side of this illness :-)x
Lula, you seem to know an awful lot about me, your right I was a decorator then a support worker, that job didn't do my anxiety any good ill tell you.
But life tends to throw you some kerb balls, and you get on with it, yes I have had to pack work in, and I'm getting nearer to retirement, so I think that's it for me!. I'm now on PIP payments.to keep me going for now, the docs have given me a 3yr recovery period, and I consider myself lucky that the illness hasn't taken the use of my legs,I just have a slight paralysis of my upper arms, and my left hand is a bit like a claw, . But I set myself goals, and most of the times, I can complete them, my goal at this time is to get back driving, my car is sat out on the drive doing nowt, so is a constant reminder.
I'll do it,you'll see.
Pete.
Good morning! I hope you have a great day’
