Hi anon, sorry to hear of your struggles with obsessive thoughts....I can struggle with this too 😩
different meds suit different people, what suits one may not suit another...I guess the one best for you would be best advised and tried via your dr,,,
Hope you can find a suitable one via relevant medic...
Maybe someone here may be able to let you know how a particular one has helped them..
