Hello & Welcome :-)

I see this is the first time you have done a post so good for you as I know that can be quite daunting & I hope as members log on & see it that you will get some more replies

I also have noticed you care for your husband , I can imagine this must be very stressful at times which could contribute to your anxiety , have you found that you anxiety has got worse since you took on the careers role , but I admire you for doing so :-)

I hope you get some help as well because from time to time you will need a well deserved break

I relate to worrying all the time , sometimes I think have we done it for that long that it just becomes a part of us but we can slowly change the way we think , it takes time & support though & if you have not already go & speak to your doctor & see what they can offer you to help you with your fears & if you have been already go again & let them know it is not working

Keep talking to others that know how you feel it really helps to know you are not alone

Take Care

Love

Hi Rosie15 and welcome.

Depression/Anxiety is a horrible illness, and added to that you are a carer.

Did you not suffer with depression before the noisy neighbours moved in? It is a horrible feeling, because there isn't a lot you can do, you are not in control and I think that it is the hardest part. I too had a bit of trouble with neighbours, and as you get older it is harder to deal with, or that is what I think. I have now moved and enjoying living around older people like myself.

I hope you enjoy the site,

xx

Hi These people live further along the rank but have to use the driveway along side our house .They have been reprimanded by the police and told to leave us alone The have lied to various people about us and watch our every move .After living here for 40 years we refuse to move .

Hi, I don't blame you then for not moving, 40 years is a long time, well done for sticking to your grounds. I hope life improves for you. xx
