Sister accident

Desperately need advice!! My younger sister who is 15 years old met with an accident recently. Her nose is broken and she finds difficult to breathe. Her doctor told she has to undergo a rhinoplasty surgery asap or else it will affect her health negatively. We are taking her for rhinoplasty surgery in Toronto ( drkreidstein.com/our-proced... ) as suggested by her doctor. I am really scared as I have heard it is one of the complicated surgeries and I'm worried about her health. She is very much conscious about her looks and I don't know how she will react to this. I heard there will be scars after the surgery, I just want to know how to get rid of those scars? And also, the risks associated with the surgery.
