elevated liver enzymes for 10 years no answers

I’ve had up and down liver enzymes for 10 years since having my first child. I have 3 children now. I’ve had scans and yearly blood work. I’ve had autoimmune blood work as well as hep a b c ran. Everything comes back ok. No fat seen in the ultrasound as of yet. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m about 10 lbs overweight my cholesterol is high could it still be fatty liver?

Hello! I struggle with the same problem. My alt, ast enzymes are elevated now for about 4 years. All other blood tests are okay. I had ultrasounds done but everything is ok too.
