Liver blood tests

Hi, I had a liver function test before starting some new medication, Result showed bilirubin of 8 (range 0-21) and ALT of 63 (range 0-33). I know that's higher than the range, just wanted to know, is that considered "not that high" or "really high"?

GP wasn't worried but has ordered a full liver screen and may do ultrasound depending on the results. How long do the results usually take for a full liver screen? Most blood tests come back in a few hours/days but he said it could be weeks?

Many thanks for any input.
