I have lymphoedema and I notice little bumps on my leg. They look like blisters but there is no water in them. Is this something I should look in to?

Hi grand8117 - just saw your post (with no answers). Bumps on the skin with lymphoedema can happen in the later stages - where the skin is congested, and the skin becomes hardened, and lumps begin to form. Have you seen a lymphoedema therapist? Ideally, you would be wearing compression garments after a course (2-4 weeks) of compression bandaging to decongest (reduce the swelling and size of) your legs. If you are wearing compression and you have bumps, and these are new, I would suggest you check in with your doctor/therapist. Bumps on the skin can be caused by many things.
