Hi everyone plz do regular exercise and strengthen exercise drink at least 2 litter water go to spa and don’t feel ashamed

People who In Gym /swimming/ spa they have their own health issues

Plz no red meat and bakery at all

I completely agree, if you are happy in water it is the best exercise as the water supports heavy limbs.. but all exercise is good.. if you have mobility difficulties try armchair aerobics.. anything to keep the muscles and lymph system working . And yes, nobody takes much notice of you I have the usual lipo shape.. huge ugly limbs, slim waist so I look like a S on tree stubs. In the pool I wear Bohn tankini.. mine is shorts and vest top.. but they do tee shirts.. long sleeve tops... shorts, jammers and leggings and some of the larger ladies wear pretty swim dresses , for the gym I wear tee and leggings, covered by kimono jacket while travelling there and back. Everybody is friendly and please do not feel self conscience , we must accept ourselves and all our faults .. that makes us , us, after all no-one is perfect :)

and again I agree good diet and plenty of fluids ( not too much booze or coffee lol) is good for everybody .
