Diagnosis?

I was diagnosed with AMN in 2012 and my sister who lives in Ohio, USA has just got her results from her doctor for her test to see if she has AMN also. Very confusing as follows " has monosomyx in genes meaning she has Turner syndrome and needs genetic counselling. Also 2 copies of X chromosome there is no evidence of deletion of the DAX1 gene" My sister asked if that meant she did not have AMN but they did not know. She does not know where to turn now and they are not helpful. I have looked up Turner syndrome and cannot see this is linked to AMN - has anyone come across this before with regard to AMN?
