Can you help to improve the future experience of leukaemia patients?

>Share your experience of Leukaemia in the 2017 patient survey

>Inform the work of Leukaemia Care and other blood cancer charities

>Improve the future experience of Leukaemia patients

By taking part in the 2017 patient survey, you will be helping to shed a light on what issues patients are facing from diagnosis through to treatment and beyond. This will then allow blood cancer charities to focus their work on what you and other patients need!

You can fill in the survey here: myonlinesurvey.co.uk/LE17ANON/
