I have only used this forum a few times, but that's only because I find the HU/CLLSupport forum more directly relevant for me. I was also not impressed with some wider managerial aspects of the charity behind the LC forum. (I am not referring to the previous administrator, Nick, who did a good job, in my opinion.)

I believe it takes a significant critical mass of members to make a discussion forum work well.
LC just seemed a too small group to become vibrant & participative. @Hairbear_UK did a yeoman's job of posting and supporting the group. 1,274 members • 804 posts
But like healthunlocked.com/cll-amer... the number of active members never got up to that bar. 1,568 members • 463 posts
healthunlocked.com/cllsupport has become a largely self sufficient discussion group with many participants & postings daily. 22,685 members • 38,930 posts
