Hi Mary

We have many doctors around the world now that prescribe double dosing. It seems to work very well for those with ME/CFS although some take double dosing for other conditions. Because LDN only stays in your system for around 4 hours your body only sees one dose at a time. So is you worked up to 4.5mg twice a day your body wouldn't see it as 9mg but 4.5mg x 2. Doctors suggest taking the LDN at least 10 hours apart. I did experiment myself with double dosing for 6 months but I didn't notice any changed so went back to daily dosing to save money. I do however know many people that say double dosing is the way to go. Anyone want to add anything here?
