Tiggerr liked a recipe I put in a daily diary over in NHS Weight loss, and I thought I would share it here:
SALMON GUACAMOLE
100g raw salmon
1/2 avocado
1 medium tomato
Dice all the ingredients into similar size pieces, toss together adding salt, pepper, lemon/lime juice, fresh chillies/dried chillies/hot sauce, coriander/cilantro etc.

I think the salt and pepper are essential, but everything else is to your taste and larder - I made it for the first time without juice, and it turns out the tomato was acidic enough on its own.
The biggest risk from raw salmon is parasites, so if you can't get sushi grade, just find some that has been industrially frozen (it says on the label if you are buying it a supermarket) or is still frozen. That will kill most things, according to professor Google.
I was inspired by this clip:
There are 3 recipes, a wonderful cocktail but it has sugar in it, so skip to the 2 minute 20 second mark. There is tuna guacamole, which I haven't made exactly but looks delicious and is quite different from my take, and the final thing is fish pasta. Not fish and pasta, but pasta made from fish. I have found a recipe for those, too, from a site I trust sbs.com.au/food/recipes/fis...
I haven't made them, but it looks simple but fiddly. Tossed in olive oil and garlic 😋
