We recently spoke to Onika Jervis from GirlTrek about their initiative encouraging African-American women to use walking as a practical first step to inspire healthy living, families, and communities.

You can see more about this fantastic initiative in our latest blog: blog.healthunlocked.com/pos...

And anyone can get support to start walking here: healthunlocked.com/startmoving

This is so great. I’m loving this. These girls are gonna get hooked on the endorphins and any time a young lady can get AWAY from a screen!?! God bless her. So young girls today go from phone to iPad to computer to tv to phone. And they’re finding out it causes depression. Big. Surprise. Anyways so anybody on planet Earth that has the luxury of getting moving, do it. And listen to Eckhart Tolle. And get deep into nature. And see the sparkling sun twinkling on water. And there are two deer. An owl. A hawk. A redwood. A hummingbird. It’s the closest you’ll get to the divine. The sacred. Make nature your church. Worship on a regular basis.
