Wheatgrass juice in ckd

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can have wheatgrass juice with kidney disease stage four. My potassium level is always in range. I have heard it is good for renal anemia.

A trained nutritionist/ dietitian is perhaps a good source of expertise. Personally (and this should not be taken as expert opinion), I believe any little (safe) changes towards health and wellbeing are a start.
