Hi all, I hope you don't mind but I was hoping to get some information about kidneys...i noticed a lump in my abdomen several months ago just below my right ribs. After numerous tests I had an ultrasound to be told its my kidney. Surely its not normal to be able to feel your kidney, I'm slim but not abnormally skinny. They checked my kidney function and its good 90> and my kidney is about 11cm so normal range and they've told me not to worry about it but I cant help thinking that's weird? It doesn't feel tender if I prod around my stomach and they couldn't see anything abnormal with my kidney. Any help or info would be appreciated. Xx
