Phxguy have you had surgery yet? Or are you waiting for surgery at a later date? I had a robotic partial nephrectomy in March 2016. I was originally told that I had RCC (one dr even told me I was the worst case he had ever seen) but it turned out I had 5 benign tumors called oncocytomas. Hope you are doing ok.

I had a radical left nephrectomy and adrenalectomy in 2010 and now am dealing with Mets to my lungs since July 2013. I'm currently on a TKI...INLYTA. My liver enzymes went up when I moved up to 4 mg am and 4 mg pm. I'm currently on 3/3. I have my next scan middle January which will be revealing of it's efficacy.
