My son is 18. He has Platelet count 1.4lakh/cmm. Also his RBC is a bit lower which reads4.37million/cumm. Should I seek immediate treatment

His platelet count is barely considered low. 1.5-4 is the normal range. So I wouldn't concern yourself with his platelet count. His red blood count isnt that low either. He could be slightly anemic or nutritonally deficient in vitamins b6, b12, copper and iron. But he again is barely considered low.
