Hi Folks! I am taking the HIV med every night at 11pm. Now my question is, will it be possible to change my time schedule in taking it? I want to take it earlier for me to sleep early like 8pm for example.
Taking at 11pm makes me feel awake until early dawn.
Anyone can give me some advices?
