I just began it 5 days ago and so far so good but I'm on 3 mg per day and I keep reading from another forum (facebook) where people say that going to the 7 mg dose is messing with them!
Could you share with me why that is and what I could do about it and, if you have personal experience please share.
Thank you

I am now on 14 mg started 3 then 7, I also suffer from ibs high blood pressure angina and kidney stones, when I started my rybelsus I was very worried as I had read it can affect the gut but I had no affect from it. I have found tho if I take an hour before eating rather than the 30 min it’s better, only a sip of water and making sure I don’t have anything for that hour before, the only issue I had was my sugars went very low until I got my insulin and metformin sorted I was taking 1 metformin 3 times a day and 30 units of humulin insulin twice a day, I am now on 1 metformin in the morning and 25 units of insulin in the morning, I have been on the 14 mg for two weeks and so far lost 1/4 stone I am guessing it’s the reduced insulin. So it’s a 👍🏻from me, any questions please ask.
Thank you so much! I've been seeing some mixed reviews on FB about it from other users. I'm currently on the 3 mg dose and it seems to be helping me curb my cravings and snacking urges. I've been waiting 1 hour or so before taking my other medications and then eating. Maybe that's why I'm not experiencing nausea like others talk about?
I'm nervous about it if they move me up to 7 mg but hearing from you sets my mind at ease. I've also been altering what and how much I eat.
Have you noticed a change in cravings and how certain foods taste? I used to have a major sweets craving. Especially chocolate. Yesterday I had over 400 calories left for the day, a heaping amount of carbs and sodium, too. So I treated myself to a small ice cream cone with chocolate and its weird but I couldn't taste it! It's like I've lost the "sweet" tastebud or something. I know we're not supposed to have the sweets but I wanted to know what it would be like and now I know.
I have found I don’t like fatty foods, I can’t have dairy due to my ibs but now don’t like any fatty meats. My portion sizes have gotten smaller as well so that’s good. I guess it’s better than the alternative tho, I know my sugars have been more stable now on rybelsus than it was on trulicity.
