Why are my fingers moving? Index and middle leaning towards pinky, ring pushing toward direction of thumb, pinky bending outward.

I've read recently on several sites that this is called "chorea". Abnormal movements of the limbs. I have had twitching toes since my 20's, am 48 yo now and just got my diagnoses of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome 2 months ago.
