Hi Miley, I'm fairly new to this and can't find the rest of your story about your eyesight. I am very interested because I have had 4 clots in my eyes and just last night felt something was going on in one of my eyes. Had pressure and pain and the vision was blurry. Didn't know what to do because even if I went to the ER, what could they do to stop it? Today (Saturday) I will call the retinal specialist who has been taking care of my eyes for the past 2 years since this all began and ask him what I should have done so I'll know for next time. What type of eye problems are you having?

my right eye, started being a little cloudy at first it is as you have lots of sleep in your eye and it needs a good rub, nut then it lost bits thats bits of the picture are missing , so went to an optic guy. who could see I have optic neuritus but the shock was it was both eyes not just the one, he was fab and phoned the nero straight away so off to the hospital to have three days of high dose steriods, takes two week so patients needed, 12 years ago it happened and it was the left and it took three years to come back, I am not telling you this to scare anyone, as you soon get used to just one eye you re learn distances and I was able to drive and do almost everything as before, I have m.s. so have got used to a challenging body, it does not control me, I scuba dive, have fab hubby, loads of pets, I love my life my body is just a little challenging, so the a.p.s is just a new challenge, get checked out and then shout at the world then grab life by the throat and live it like everyday is your last, its like being on a roller coaster, I am here if you ever need to talk

Hi Miley, glad you have such an upbeat outlook! The comment you made re your eye caught my eye (pun intended). Just 2 days ago my eyesight was blurry in my right eye and I had pain behind the eye. Saw my retina specialist yesterday (he came after his golf tournament on a Saturday!!! awesome caring man). He examined both my eyes thoroughly and could not see any problem at all. We live in Tucson, AZ where it is very dry and right now things are blooming that are causing lots of people to have allergy problems. So he suggested I use eye drops frequently and drink lots of water. What a relief!
