Slightly, some gum receding, some bleed. But better since starting warfain.
I hope I can help a little with this, but, talk to your dentist for advice.
I used to be a dental nurse, and the advice that is, in my experience given for patients with receding, or swollen bleeding gums and / or loose teeth was to use a mouthwash with chlorohexidine as the active ingredient. You can get this in a gel form too, and can be used as a toothpaste, but better still on an interdental brush. That's a little brush that looks like a furry toothpick.
Along with regular visits to a dental hygienist this will heal gum disease. Often loose teeth become firm again, and no more bleeding when brushing.
Yes, the treatment will make your gums bleed. But, with active gum disease there will be continual bleeding anyway, and in the worst case the need for an extraction, which means INR adjustments. Sometimes a local anaesthetic was used as it contained adrenaline
Do not take this as advice please - as I said, this is the advice that was current and is in my own experience. I was a dental nurse, and whilst experienced it is not my place to diagnose!
I will also add, that this was standard procedure in all patients that came to us with these problems, but to my knowledge I did not have a patient with Hughes syndrome. So, I think this is helpful to know - but check with your dentist first

My top front teeth were perfect I had always looked after my teeth last year all my front teeth went loose so had to have 6 teeth taken out I was deverstated but I am used to my dentures now x
I totally agree with annesensi. I have a controlled gum disease by now after brushing with interdental in a mouthwash for the past ten years. I don't think my dentist was aware of my APS condition but he recommended the right treatment.
