Tomatoes - make me itchy.

Sweet corn and lettuce - cause upset stomach.

Cola - causes migraine.

Obviously can't have lots of foods with high doses of vitamin K.

Got to avoid cranberry, cos of the affect it has on warfarin.

Dairy, wheat, yeast, sugar. Wheat makes me really itchy and sugar hyper. Dairy just doesn't stay in the system long. I have been off these for a few years and felt much better for it. I set the poll up as I wondered if it was hughes related why I have them.

Allergy to wheat, oats (negative when tested for Coeliacs though I have a family history of it) and severe allergy to fish (though strangely not shellfish!).

Satsumas and tomatoes flare up eczema around my mouth too.

Trying to loose Christmas weight gain, and have cut out bread, cookies etc. I am finding that I feel a lot more comfortable. Now I am wondering about a gluten intolerance? We shall see...?

Citric acid, strawberries and raspberries will bring on intermittent burning nerve pain that can last for up to 48hrs. Sulphites can make me wheeze.

Lactose is my intolerance, which is common for very many people. Also I have a food allergy that hasn't been defined but causes my throat to close up. Allergy tests didn't show what it is, so the conclusion was that it's most likely some obscure food additive. I carry epinephrine for that and fortunately have not had to use it in the past 3 years.

I have loads - my worst being yeast - so not only can't eat 'normal' bread but also have to make sure any tablets I buy like vitamins are yeast free - also have bad intollerance to garlic and onions, red wine - bad, white wine - slight intollerance, also banana's - bad, cola ....loads.

Raw onions, cucumber and bananas causing excess wind. I suffer bloating if I eat bread everyday. Chillis I ate a bit by accident once and suffered for hours with gas and bloating.

I dont tolerate alcohol either gives me instant headache.

Even without these I still get itchy legs.

Camembert is the only dairy I can handle.

Brie is a no no. Can anyone explain?

Blueberry juice makes me dizzy for a day but because they say it is a vascular dilator?it may be a bit too much on top of what I already take.

Most fresh fruit, except for banana, grapes, rasps and strawberries and kiwi fruit, give me a very sore mouth and lips. Apples are the worst as my throat gets raw too. Thought it was just me but saw an article in a paper about oral allergy syndrome, which described me perfectly! Avoid citrus because that can give me a headache.

Oh I forgot to mention caffein which gives me AF.

So I can't eat chocolate, drink cola or normal tea or coffee.

I have to read the labels on all foods. Even some medications contain caffein.

Lactose, gluten, red meat, BLACK PEPPER (Crohn's), Kale and all vitamin K rich greens), Sugar, High fructose corn syrup, high fat that is not a vegetable-related, citrus, fruit in general, sometimes coffee but not caffeine--strong PG Tips good for everything. Must be careful with garlic amounts and frequency. Alcohol-esp wine.
