I have been diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome/lupus for the past 14 years, but as far as I know have not had any problems with my kidney's.

I have chronic kidney disease and also have renal cell carcinoma. Docs say there could be a link between APS and kidney disease but no one has said anything certain

I have a renal transplant - the APS did the initial damage and then Lupus stuck the boot in... my blood clotted in my kidneys killing cores of them and then the medication and blood pressure added to it and the Lupus made recovery impossible... my transplant is well protected with very strong drugs which also seem to keep bith the Lupus and APS quiet...
