I ticked Lupus and APS with low grade fever. But I often get an extreem change of body temperatures. My head can be so hot my hair looks like I've just got out of the shower but at the same time my legs and feet can be so cold I could do with a blanket over them. This, I have been told is a neurological manifestation of the SLE.

Hi

I have similar InSpain, in fact sitting here with blanket over my legs cos they're freezing and head is melting. :-)

Gentle hugs Sheena xxxx :-) :-) :-)

I usually have low grade fever. I know i have it when I feel hot in my chest and face (like menopause but being 29 years old...) tired eyes, pain on my shoulders and neck...and, as every fever is, after first feeling cold and fatigue.

By the moment, I only have primary APS diagnosed (with positive ANA)

I can't seem to regulate my body temperatures but it seems like I'm always hot and sweating.
