Is this trush

Guys have a really white tougue. Its also sometimes with patches is this trush ?

Thrush is not a white colored tongue- it's a plaque that grows on the top or aides and can be easily picked off with a tongue depressor or something equivalent. The picture you have is not thrush.

A lot of medication cause dry mouth, in some cases it will dry out your skin like prescription Benadryl, increasing your water intake should remedy the situation. Mints & other hard candies work great when you can't have water. Anyway thrush doesn't happen until your T cells drop and it looks more like hair.

Get it looked at by a dental or medical practitioner.... It could be something else so best to get it looked at just in case.

I agree, this doesn't look like thrush. I would have it looked at by a medical professional.
