LOW CARB SPAGHETTI – enjoy with a traditional tomato sauce or experiment with new veggies!
poke the sides with a fork and slice it lengthwise. bake at 375F for about 25min or so. after it cools a bit, you can scrape it out onto a plate. it's low in carbs too!
daiya cheese (dairy free cheese), sundried tomatoes, parsley, stir-fried mushroom and zucchini all add a nice kick to it : )
