HFI attended the Primary Care Coalition Health Fair October 20th, 2015 and met a few health care professionals; Crystal, a part of the Healthcare Initiative Foundation, Marian from Primary Care Coalition, Bruce from Community Health and Empowerment through Education, and keynote speaker, Dr Thomas LaVeist, PhD, on who spoke on Health Disparities.
