Hi all. Doctor recommended test of HEP C to my mother.

Now the report saying result is reactive and 14,21

can anybody please tell me what its mean?

Hi, it's best you ask the GP for an explanation as to what this means but we do have viral load counts. Most of us have them in the millions, so do not despair, this is an extremely low number for viral load count.
