I am such a tit (Day6)

Because I felt so very well and strong yesterday I went and did too much didn’t I. Ended up in bed at ten, shivering and exhausted. Then awake in night again anxious and itchy.

My own fault as the meds are obviously doing their job and just needed me to rest and drink plenty. Not forget to drink at all and exhaust myself in large supermarkets 🤬 buying stupid unnecessary items 🤫 such as three bird roast crisps

Chastened this morning, sitting peacefully with my berries and pot of chai, only plans for fresh air on a dog walk.
