Hi all, just joined. I was diagnosed last May with a viral load of 933,000, was retested Dec 16 and just found out the load is over 8 million. In just 8 months. Anyone have a similar experience? I just got insurance so hopefully I can get treatment. Scared for the first time.

You would be reassured if you googled VL and read not indicator of liver health

I've found Green tea, High Allicin garlic from UK firm 'Higher Nature' turmeric, blueberry leaf,A.L.A. brings down VL considerably.

Found/read foods with reservatrol, choc, berries, grapes etc, sugar also nuts/seeds ie high arginine raises VL and increases viral replication

Good luck with treatment

Wish you complete recovery
