Wenckebach phenomenon

I have had two heart surgeries in the past and was getting skipped heart beats for a while. After my 24 hour ECG they found something called wenckebach phenomenon. Anyone have any idea what this is and is it normal for someone with a heart condition

I think it isn't normal, but reading about it (as I guess you have done) it sounds as if it has no consequences for most people, most of the time. There seem to be many different electrical conduction issues in the heart, and those in the atrium are what cause our ectopic beats and AF. I also have something called a left bundle branch block (LBBB) which, similarly, seems to not be too important, but is perhaps causing me more palpitations.
