Guys any advice for calming medication or supplement to take for my first flying experience after AV.

I will be flying soon also for the 1st time since my SVT diagnosis, so interested to read replies. I know I'll be taking my magnesium glycinate to keep my ectopics in check. And maybe some decaf tea since alcohol is out.

Thank you for your reply it is very difficult. No drink for me either.
